Chiropractor in Littlehampton

Jon Mason qualified from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, Oxfordshire in 1992. Since qualifying, Jon has experimented with different techniques and built a wealth of experience in helping people overcome their symptoms.

Over the past 25 years, Jon has learnt and mastered many different techniques including McTimoney, Network Chiropractic, Activator, Applied Kinesiology and Koren Specific Technique (KST), to name but a few.

Jon predominantly now uses KST as he has found it offers the best results for his patients. KST is a very gentle and effective form of Chiropractic which has no bending, twisting, crunching or popping of the spine.

Jon’s speciality is improving his patient's sports performance by clearing any restrictions in the body which are limiting how well they can truly perform.

In his free time, Jon enjoys walking the dogs, spending time with his family and sailing.

Chiropractic Techniques Offered at Littlehampton

Jon specialises in gentle, low force Chiropractic techniques, helping the body to return to a point of balance, mobility and function in a natural manner. Jon doesn't use typical 'cracking' and 'popping' techniques.

Koren Specific Technique
Koren Specific Technique, otherwise known as KST is a gentle, whole body technique used to adjust and release restrictions in the spinal joints, stimulates the nervous system and encourages improved blood flow to surrounding soft tissue, thus allowing the body to naturally heal itself. The adjustments are performed using a low force adjusting tool known as an Arthrostim.

McTimoney Technique
McTimoney Technique is a very gentle, specific, low force adjusting technique which looks to refine the alignment and movement of the spine. This technique is perfectly suited to young children and elderly patients due to its noninvasive approach.
