About Us

Welcome to Littlehampton Natural Health Centre, based in the beautiful seaside town of Littlehampton in the heart of West Sussex. Here at the Health Centre, we are dedicated to helping people improve and maintain their physical, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing. We believe in promoting these values through positive life choices, seeking the support of dedicated and caring professionals where necessary. 
 
The Health Centre was established in 1992 by a group of local natural healthcare practitioners and was later run by two married couples until June 2017 when it was taken on by its current owners - Michael and Annie Mason. Michael and Annie have the vision to breathe new life into Littlehampton Health Centre, helping it better serve the local community of Littlehampton, Rustington, Arundel and surrounding areas. 
 
All of the staff at Littlehampton Natural Health Centre understand the value of good health and work together with you to help bring more health, wellness and mobility to your life. No matter your personal circumstances, everyone gets the same high-quality care, attention and treatment.   

Our Specialities

At Littlehampton Natural Health Centre, we specialise in helping people get well. We don’t just specialise in one type of treatment or therapy but have a wide selection of practitioners offering a huge variety of services. Some of our patients may visit the centre for physical symptoms such as headaches, migraines, neck pain, back pain, hip pain or foot pain. However, other patients may visit the centre for other reasons such as digestive issues, lack of fitness, fatigue, depression and the list goes on. No matter what you may need help with, one of our experienced practitioners will be able to help.

At Littlehampton Natural Health Centre we help the entire family: from children to grandparents and anyone in between, the whole family is welcome here.
