When you first walk into the Health Centre, one of our friendly reception team will greet you, check you in and let your practitioner know that you have arrived. We take social distancing very seriously and have accommodated accordingly. We like to invite all patients to arrive at least 5 minutes before their appointment, giving you time to relax before your appointment starts.
If this is your first appointment with us, we suggest arriving 10 minutes early as often there are a few forms for you to fill in.

The centre is very lucky to have unrestricted parking on both sides of the road directly in front of the Health Centre, making parking a breeze when attending your appointments. Please be aware however, that the road can be more popular during summer periods due to our proximity to the seafront.
Cancellation/Rearrangement/No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require more than 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. Fees are charged at full price of the appointment booked, if a Free Assessment is not attended then the price of a New Patient Appointment will be charged and you will be expected to pre-pay for your following appointment in advance.
