Dr. Alex Liu
ChiropractorAlex (Xinyue) was born in China, where she originally trained as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor. Knowing that she wanted to offer more to her patients, Alex decided to move to the USA to spend an additional four years achieving her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, whilst completing additional training in Functional Medicine and Sports Chiropractic. Prior to coming to Littlehampton, Alex worked at a Chiropractic clinic in Bristol.

PodiatristTom graduated in Podiatry in 2015 and since then he has been gaining valuable skills and experiences whilst working with a wide range of patients from all ages. Tom enjoys being his work as a podiatrist, as it allows him to help people of all ages with a range of lower limb issues. Tom is registered with the HCPC (The Health and Care Professions Council) and is a member of The College of Podiatry.

OsteopathJacopo is a dedicated and compassionate clinician, exhibiting excellent soft tissue skills, as well as high levels of technical performance. He is a very skillful Osteopath and is comfortable and capable of using a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, stretches, joint articulation, spinal manipulation as well as offering exercise recommendations during his treatment sessions. His treatment focuses on investigating the main causes of symptoms, before providing a treatment plan tailored to your needs and advice to help prevent problems arising again in the future.

PhysiotherapistSally has a wealth of experience in manual therapy, mobilisations, acupuncture, taping, exercise rehabilitation and more, treating people of all ages from 10 to 90+ years old. Sally’s greatest aim is to teach patients how to look after their own bodies, helping them to function at their optimal level at all times. She believes in using a multifaceted approach, giving everyone an individualised treatment programme that is unique to their needs and goals.

PhysiotherapistAmelia graduated from The University of Chichester with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and is registered with the HCPC. As a Physiotherapist Amelia has experience working with patients of all ages, with a variety of conditions. Amelia uses a holistic approach to help her patients, focusing on restoring their overall quality of life.

Sports Massage TherapistDilys is a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist based at our Littlehampton clinic. She has a passion for helping patients get the most out of their bodies and has worked with a wide range of clients ranging from teenagers to octogenarians - some really sporty, others enjoying a more sedentary lifestyle.

Dr Rebecca Lindesmith
CMORebecca has been in the health care industry for over 20 years, having recieved her docterate in Chiropractic at Cleveland College in 2012. Outside of work Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and food and wine. Rebecca enjoys countryside walks in the Sussex countryside with her family and two doodles Marley and Syrah.
Tiff Bickmore
Clinic ManagerTiff joined the reception team in July 2020 after previously working for six years as front-of-house at a beauty and skin clinic. Earlier in her career, Tiff spent fifteen years working within the Theatre Industry, dividing her time between the box office and admin team. Tiff has a love of theatre, especially musicals, although don’t worry about her bursting out into song, she’ll leave that to the professionals (probably best for everyone). Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband and teenage son, going on walks, dancing, meditating, bingo and organising quizzes.
Carly Smith
Receptionist & AdministrationMeet our Receptionist Carly! Carly is here to help and assist our Patients. Previously Carly worked in the travel industry for 16 years, the majority spent as an airline cabin crew. Outside of work, Carly loves spending time with her husband, two children and two pugs going on walks and throwing the occasional kitchen disco.
Laura Palmer
ReceptionistBefore joining the LNHC family Laura worked as a teaching assistant at a local primary school. When she's not embarrassing her two teenage daughters, she is completely obsessed over her two sausage dogs Chorizo and Dotty. Laura is a massive fan of Disney and watches a film weekly, it is one of the most magical places she has visited. She loves kayaking, taking the bikes out and paddle boarding (might even be brave enough to stand up on it one day).
Sammi Spindler
Opertations Manager, PASammi originally joined our Team back in 2020. Within that time she has worked across both our clinics from Reception, Chiropractic Assistant, Xray operator and Emsella Assistant gaining a wealth of knowledge. When Sammi is not in the Clinic, she is assisting the business owners, working in the background on the administration side. When not working she spends time with her family and 2 dogs, taking holidays to see the World and enjoying the company of her friends and family.
