Customer Care Team
Tiff BickmoreClinic Manager
Tiff joined the reception team in July 2020 after previously working for six years as front-of-house at a beauty and skin clinic. Earlier in her career, Tiff spent fifteen years working within the Theatre Industry, dividing her time between the box office and admin team. Tiff has a love of theatre, especially musicals, although don’t worry about her bursting out into song, she’ll leave that to the professionals (probably best for everyone). Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband and teenage son, going on walks, dancing, meditating, bingo and organising quizzes.
Dr Rebecca LindesmithCMO
Rebecca has been in the health care industry for over 20 years, having recieved her docterate in Chiropractic at Cleveland College in 2012. Outside of work Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and food and wine. Rebecca enjoys countryside walks in the Sussex countryside with her family and two doodles Marley and Syrah.
Carly SmithReceptionist & Administration
Meet our Receptionist Carly! Carly is here to help and assist our Patients. Previously Carly worked in the travel industry for 16 years, the majority spent as an airline cabin crew. Outside of work, Carly loves spending time with her husband, two children and two pugs going on walks and throwing the occasional kitchen disco.
Before joining the LNHC family Laura worked as a teaching assistant at a local primary school. When she's not embarrassing her two teenage daughters, she is completely obsessed over her two sausage dogs Chorizo and Dotty. Laura is a massive fan of Disney and watches a film weekly, it is one of the most magical places she has visited. She loves kayaking, taking the bikes out and paddle boarding (might even be brave enough to stand up on it one day).
Nancy is a Screen Acting graduate, with an array of professional theatre, film, and modelling appearances under her belt. Nancy joined the team in 2022 and cannot wait to provide our clients with great care. Being an entertainer at heart, making people feel welcome is her second nature. In the past, she has been a competitive swimmer and bodybuilder; she is extremely passionate about the human body, health, and fitness. When she's not working, you'll find her looking after her many pets, including five rats whom she will say are extremely misunderstood!
