Anxiety
Arm Pain
Generalised pain in the lower or upper part of the arm, including the shoulder, elbow and wrist can have a number of different causes. If the pain is sudden and dramatic and related to an injury we would always advise seeking medical care to eliminate the possibility of breakage or fracture.
If the pain or discomfort has developed over time, worsened or has been onset following an irregular movement we would recommend visiting one of our practitioners for a consultation, where they can assess the affected area and provide a treatment recommendation accordingly (which may be with another therapist dependant on the nature of the issue).
Here are some of the treatments we can offer:
Athlete’s Foot
Athlete’s foot is the name commonly given to a fungal infection that typically occurs between the toes but can spread to other areas of the foot. It is typically caused by an accumulation of moisture between the toes, those who are exposed to water for longer periods of time or who have very sweaty feet are also more at risk.
Below are the treatments we would recommend for athlete’s foot:
Addiction
ADHD
Allergies (general)
Allergies, also known as allergic diseases typically manifest as symptoms and conditions caused by a hyper sensitivity of the immune system to something in the environment that would usually go unnoticed. Common allergies can include hay fever, atopic dermatitis (eczema), allergic asthma, and food allergies.
For the most part, people either avoid the trigger or take to antihistamines in the case of hay fever and similar conditions however these are seen more as a long term management strategy then as a means to reduce or eliminate the symptoms altogether.
As we see patients holistically (that is we look at the individual as a whole, not just the isolated symptoms) we are able to offer alternative treatments to find imbalances in the body that often manifest as allergy symptoms. Below are the treatments we would recommend for allergies:
Ankle Pain

Arthritis
The limitations in mobility and strength caused by arthritis (Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis) can be prohibitive and often very uncomfortable to those who wish to remain active and mobile, especially later in life. The pain resulting from inflammation can often be managed by a combination of exercise (physical therapy) and medication however the longer standing effects of medication are unknown.
There are a number of alternative therapies that we are able to offer to assist in the management and reduction of symptoms in patients who have either Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis:
